Harsha Karunanayake holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Infrastructure obtained from Concordia University and is a member of both the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Using the knowledge and skills honed from his education and past experiences, including a solid project management foundation, coupled with his strong technical background in data analysis and programming, he has acquired two Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications” related to project management: “Managing Projects and Portfolios with Microsoft PPM” and “Managing Projects with Microsoft Project”.
Harsha strives to ensure client satisfaction and project success by applying both professionalism and special attention to detail. Since joining PMC, he has participated in several Project Portfolio Management (PPM) initiatives. He has specialized in the implementation, enhancement, troubleshooting and migration of PM solutions using Kanban and Microsoft PPM. Moreover, he has provided training and demonstrations of techniques and methodology, including webinars on capacity management, portfolio analysis and administration of PPM solutions. He is also heavily involved in the development of dashboards, reports and reporting methods, conducting competency assessments and the development training programs and course content.
