PMC Agile Practitioners and Coaches are responsible for training and coaching team members on Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and Lean. They typically work in close collaborations with teams and leadership on Agile adoption, facilitating workshops and reporting on productivity improvements. The Agile Practitioner/ Coach is engaged throughout the enterprise transformation to facilitate a smooth and effective transformation into an Agile mindset.
Available positions
Agile Practitioner and Coach
- Coaching: Working with teams to institute, practice and adopt Agile tools and techniques. Identify and introduce opportunities for the team to improve through coaching and questioning.
- Mentoring: Serve as a mentor to Scrum Masters, Product Managers and other Agile leaders with an aim to make Agile techniques successful and efficient.
- Training: Provide Agile and role-specific training (group and one-one) for management, team members, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters
- Experience in delivering Agile training and coaching in a transforming organization
- More than 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment and experience with Agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
- Expert-level certification(s) – PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or other certifications
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
Project Manager
PMC Project Managers report to a PMC Account Manager, and work directly with the client’s PMO and/or Project and Program Managers to deliver successful project outcomes. This position supports the management of a project or program and includes managing project teams in the completion of their deliverables, as well as being involved in the planning and execution of projects.
- Planning: Establish and clearly define project requirements and scope, define high level and detailed schedules, determine resource and budget requirements, identify and plan for potential risks, establish overall project management plan.
- Monitoring and controlling: Provide status reports, ensure compliance of execution to the project management plans, identify potential corrective actions and required changes.
- Communication: Communicate with clients, management, executives, vendors and other stakeholders. Lead and conduct status meetings with the team.
- Graduated from a recognized university, or have an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
- More than 5-10 years’ experience in a PM role
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Understanding of PPM strategies, and project investment and prioritization strategies
- Experience in designing, planning and executing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Ability to lead project teams and working groups at all levels
- Ability to lead technical projects from start to finish with minimal technical support
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex problems, identify relevant issues and recommend corrective measures
- High degree of tenacity and persistence to complete tasks on schedule
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
Project Control Officer and Scheduler
PMC Project Control Officers and Schedulers report to a PMC Account Manager, and work directly with the client’s PMO and/or Project and Program Managers to facilitate the delivery of successful project outcomes. This position supports project managers in the completion and maintenance of their project management deliverables, specifically as it pertains to scope, schedule and budget performance.
- Planning: Establish detailed project schedules using Critical Path or Critical Chain Methods, determine time scaled budgets and create and maintain project baselines.
- Monitoring and controlling: Maintain status reports, ensure reporting compliance by team members, validate work performance data, prepare project status reports. Document meeting minutes prepare agendas and coordinate status meetings.

- Graduated from a recognized technical school, college or university, or have an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
- More than 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- CAPM or PMP certification or equivalent
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex problems, identify relevant issues and recommend corrective measures
- High degree of tenacity and persistence to complete tasks on schedule
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
