Michael Delis is the president of PMC – Project Management Centre, a firm that provides its clients adaptive (Agile), predictive (Waterfall) and hybrid project and portfolio management consulting, coaching, training services and staffing solutions. 

As a bilingual Senior Agile Coach/Catalyst/Practitioner, PM consultant, and certified instructor, Michael has actively applied over 2 decades of diversified global consulting, training, agility, project management, and engineering experience in IT, banking, business, transport, mobile, telecommunications, aerospace and aviation industries at various international customer sites in North/South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Michael is a seasoned presenter and has been a keynote speaker at various conferences, corporate and project management chapter events.

Along with a bachelor degree in Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, and having built and delivered the Agile Project Management program at McGill University, Michael has also received the following project management and Agile certifications: 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) , Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Benoit De Grace

Vice-President

Benoit De Grace is Vice-President at PMC and has a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in project management. He is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

As a bilingual Senior PM consultant, Benoit’s work has taken him across Canada as well as the United States and overseas with clients such as Bombardier, Caterpillar, Sandoz, Shell, Standard Life, Ultima Foods, the Quebec Ministry of Transportation and the Department of National Defense. Over the past 20 years, he has gained an excellent reputation as a trainer in Project Planning and Control techniques, Project Team Leadership and Communications. As a senior business analyst, has a keen ability to synthesize business processes and adapt the Project Management know-how to various corporate environments, helping organizations define and streamline their business processes.

Ariel Deluy

Senior Consultant and Trainer

Ariel Deluy’s experience spans more than twenty-three (23) years, during which he has been responsible for capital projects, plant retooling, Telecommunications, International Development, and transportation projects. He has also overseen the implementation of enterprise project management systems, building and managing multidisciplinary and highlyeffective project teams, and providing strategic planning services for several Fortune 100 organizations internationally across industries and sectors.

Ariel received his Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Concordia University, and his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Windsor. He is certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2.

Daniel Gagnon

Enterprise Lean/Agile Coach, Trainer & Advisor

Daniel Gagnon is a senior Enterprise Lean/Agile Advisor, Coach and Trainer with close to three decades of diversified consulting, training, project management and IT experience. For the past ten years, he has specialized in Agile at Enterprise scale, initially within the Enterprise Project Management Office at TD Bank Group and more recently as Enterprise Agile Practice Lead for Desjardins from February 2017 to July 2018 before joining PMC as a senior consultant and instructor.

Over the years, he has provided training to over 1,200 individuals in Scrum, DA, SAFe, PMI Montreal’s ACP prep course as well as a bespoke 40-hour agile project management class at McGill University. He describes himself as a passionate servant leader and ethical disruptor.

Daniel is primarily involved in strategic, wide-spectrum transformative and evolutionary assignments involving a triathlon approach (Business, Delivery and Operations working together as a single athlete) as opposed to siloed efforts where one department alone is trying to achieve local optimization. In terms of specific approaches, he is a systems thinker with an overall approach that is “Method Agnostic”.

Bruno Bouchard

Aina Alive (Aliieva) is an Agile Coach, Certified Agile Practitioner, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 10 years of experience in leading Agile Transformation Implementing Agile/Scrum practices.

Aina specializes in agile transformations for large-scale programs with multi-squad support for the implementation and deployment of IT systems.

Aina is Women in Tech ambassador and helps everybody who wants to break into technology without writing code by providing mentorship and consultations.

Aina is an active member of a PMI global and an international correspondent for PM World Journal.

Kelly David Nzeyimana is a consultant as an Agile practitioner and coach experienced in the implementation of agility within large organizations in their digital transformation.

Lorraine McCrary

Lorraine McCrary is a senior Agile trainer, consultant and coach experienced in providing guidance and mentoring to agile teams. Lorraine specializes in helping technical team members, business stakeholders, and leadership apply agile principles to provide measurable value to their organizations. Lorraine’s previous background as a developer, analyst, tester, and project manager gives her the ability to view agile from different vantage points as she helps organizations adopt agile to create cohesive and productive teams that provide innovative solutions for customers and/or business partners.

 

Lorraine’s work experience includes acting as an agile coach, project manager, business analyst, agile trainer, scrum master, and consultant in industries including healthcare, technology, finance, e-commerce, marketing, and education. Lorraine is proficient in aligning organizational needs with stakeholder requirements using available technology, managing agile projects, and working as a Scrum Master and using Kanban and other iterative practices to customize agile for organizations. Lorraine has delivered in-person and virtual Agile training to both IT and business groups and has provided coaching to team members to increase agile maturity within their organizations.

 

Lorraine is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), certified SAFe Agilist (SA), and certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4). Lorraine has also earned her bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in computer science from Hunter College of CUNY.
