Benoit De Grace is the president of PMC – Project Management Centre, a firm that helps its clients deliver projects better, faster and at a lower cost by providing project and portfolio management products and services since 1992. Benoit has a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering, is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). His work has taken him across Canada as well as the United States and overseas with clients such as Bombardier, Caterpillar, Sandoz, Shell, Standard Life, Ultima Foods, the Quebec Ministry of Transportation and the Department of National Defense. Over the past 20 years, he has gained an excellent reputation as a trainer in Project Planning and Control techniques, Project Team Leadership and Communications. As a senior business analyst with a keen ability to synthesize business processes and adapt the Project Management know-how to various corporate environments he has helped organizations define and streamline their business processes.
Michael Delis is the Executive Vice-President and Director of Training and Methodologies at PMC, the Coordinator of the Certification and Education Program at the PMI-Montreal chapter, and active member of Agile Montreal.
As a bilingual Senior PM consultant, Agile Practitioner/Coach, and certified PM instructor, Michael has actively applied over 2 decades of diversified global consulting, training, project management, and engineering experience in IT, business, and telecommunications industries and in both aerospace and aviation sectors at various international customer sites in North/South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Michael is a seasoned presenter and has been a keynote speaker at various corporate and project management chapter events.

Tory Salisbury has over 20 years of professional experience in project and process management as a Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and Project Manager. Her work has taken her across Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. with clients in the banking, insurance, aviation, engineering, mining, pharmaceutical, I.T., manufacturing, telecommunications, utilities, transportation, government and educational sectors.
Tory has worked with organizations on their project management maturity, from evaluation of capability to design and set-up of Project Management Offices. She has provided coaching to employees as they transition from a technical role to one of Project Manager. She is skilled at business process mapping and has conducted sessions to help organizations streamline their business processes.
As an award-winning Facilitator, Tory delivers a variety of project management, communication and leadership courses/workshops for corporate and academic clients. Her background also includes instructional systems design, customizing training solutions and developing core competency models for Project Managers.
Tory has been a speaker at conferences on a variety of project management topics to the American Society for Quality, Project World and the Municipal Information Systems Association.

Frederic Gagne is a senior Agile Coach, certified Kanban Management Professional (KMP), and Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner (SAFe SP) with more than 10 years’ experience in leading Agile Transformation Implementing Agile/Scrum practices.

Lorraine McCrary is a senior Agile trainer, consultant and coach experienced in providing guidance and mentoring to agile teams. Lorraine specializes in helping technical team members, business stakeholders, and leadership apply agile principles to provide measurable value to their organizations. Lorraine’s previous background as a developer, analyst, tester, and project manager gives her the ability to view agile from different vantage points as she helps organizations adopt agile to create cohesive and productive teams that provide innovative solutions for customers and/or business partners.
Lorraine’s work experience includes acting as an agile coach, project manager, business analyst, agile trainer, scrum master, and consultant in industries including healthcare, technology, finance, e-commerce, marketing, and education. Lorraine is proficient in aligning organizational needs with stakeholder requirements using available technology, managing agile projects, and working as a Scrum Master and using Kanban and other iterative practices to customize agile for organizations. Lorraine has delivered in-person and virtual Agile training to both IT and business groups and has provided coaching to team members to increase agile maturity within their organizations.
Lorraine is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), certified SAFe Agilist (SA), and certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4). Lorraine has also earned her bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in computer science from Hunter College of CUNY.
Harsha Karunanayake holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Infrastructure obtained from Concordia University and is a member of both the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Using the knowledge and skills honed from his education and past experiences, including a solid project management foundation, coupled with his strong technical background in data analysis and programming, he has acquired two Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)certifications” related to project management: “Managing Projects and Portfolios with Microsoft PPM” and “Managing Projects with Microsoft Project”.
Harsha strives to ensure client satisfaction and project success by applying both professionalism and special attention to detail. Since joining PMC, he has participated in several Project Portfolio Management (PPM) initiatives. He has specialized in the implementation, enhancement, troubleshooting and migration of PM solutions using Kanban and Microsoft PPM. Moreover, he has provided training and demonstrations of techniques and methodology, including webinars on capacity management, portfolio analysis and administration of PPM solutions. He is also heavily involved in the development of dashboards, reports and reporting methods, conducting competency assessments and the development training programs and course content.
Sepehr Teymouri is Operations Coordinator at PMC – Project Management Center. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Université du Québec à Montreal (UQAM) with a specialization in management accounting that he obtained in 2016. He joined PMC after having spent 1 year as an accounting specialist on behalf of a construction company in Montreal.
In addition to keeping track of PMC’s accounting and finances, his role is to coordinate all aspects of training logistics including the production of course materials, quality control, translations, evaluation tracking, and certificate deliveries. He is also responsible for the company’s marketing communications and maintains the company’s online presence.
