We ask our clients and partners to transmit all personal or confidential information through our secure and encrypted form. The data will be encrypted throughout the entire transfer and storage process. If you upload images on the website, we advise you to avoid uploading images containing EXIF data with GPS coordinates. WHERE IS YOUT DATA STORED ?
We do not retain any PHI (Protected Health Information), such as social security numbers, health insurance numbers, or credit card numbers, and we urge our customers never to transmit such data to us. When paying PMC invoices, your banking information will be present on our bank’s website and the QuickBooks platform but never within our environment. As it is often necessary to access this information while you are a PMC client, critical personal and professional data is stored in the CRM platform Pipedrive and within the QuickBooks environment.

HOW MUCH TIME IS YOUR DATA PRESERVED ?
As we strive to maintain long-term relationships with our customers, data is retained indefinitely. This enables us to provide prompt support when requested by our clients. However, these data are stored in our secure solutions.
For users who register on our site, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also see and edit that information.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR DATA ?
If you contact us at confidentialite@pmc.ca, you can request a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

PMC is concerned about your privacy. PMC Is aware of the importance you give to how your personal data is used and shared. We ensure the protection of your privacy with all the necessary seriousness. This policy applies to our relations with you, in which we are led to collect personal data whether in person, by phone or by other means via our customer service when you use our website https://pmc.ca. PMC does not record personal data unless visitors leave their e-mails. Visitors can easily remove cookies from their computer or mobile device from their browser. People contacting us via one of the forms on the website can request the withdrawal of their information in our customer databases by writing to us at info@pmc.ca.

PMC collects personal data on certain areas of the Sites when you register for or apply for jobs, register for PMC newsletters.
