PMC technical staff and senior consultants will conduct a thorough assessment of your environment to review data requirements, hardware and software configurations, IT infrastructure, existing processes, reporting cycles, integration requirements, user base and more. This assessment phase helps determine the most beneficial, cost-effective system configuration.
In the second stage, we will identify project management processes for every phase of your project. PMC will work closely with your core implementation team to determine all required inputs and outputs (screens, reports, data transfers, etc.), as well as your staff’s roles and responsibilities. We offer certified training programs at this stage to ensure that your implementation team has a thorough understanding of our software and can play an active role in designing the overall solution.
At this stage, PMC will configure a prototype system for your organization. This includes establishing resource pools, coding structures, templates, standard methodologies, integration links, standard and custom reports, and much more. We will also produce user and administration manuals that will serve as guidelines for system users. These tailored manuals can be published in print or as websites.
Once the working model is complete, it is important to pilot the system with a limited number of projects and users before refining the solution. By testing the solution on current projects, team members and executives get a firsthand look at how the system will respond.
Our objective is to help you build your solution, and leave you with a working system that you can operate independently. During this stage, PMC will provide technical and project management expertise to help deploy the solution, but we will ensure that you take ownership of the new system. Our team will perform a thorough knowledge transfer, leaving you and your staff self-sufficient and confident. We can provide additional training, mentoring, scheduling and planning support on an as-required basis.
We provide ongoing assessments as part of our internal project management policies. During this stage, PMC will compare your organization’s performance before and after the solution implementation, to ensure that we achieved the results you want.
