<ul>
<h4>Required experience as applicable to this skill-set:</h4>
Intermediate = Three (3) to seven (7) years of relevant experience<br>
Senior = > Seven (7) years of relevant experience<br>

<ul>
<h4>Functional Description</h4>
<li>Analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures and process flows</li>
<li>Participating in software development projects using software Configuration Management practices and Software
Development Lifecycle</li>
<li>Defining and documenting interfaces of manual to automated operations within system sub-systems, to external
systems and between new and existing systems</li>
<li>Business background experience relevant to Software implementations for business solutions</li>
<li>Defining input/output sources, including detail plan for technical design phase, and obtains approval of the system
proposal</li>
<li>Developing and documenting a detailed statement of requirements for a proposed systems initiative using techniques
such joint application design (JAD) and structured development methodologies</li>
<li>Defining and documenting all system components, their interfaces and operational environment</li>
<li>Designing developing and coding of data structures and files, sub-systems and modules, programs, batch, on-line
and production monitoring procedures, testing strategy and systems</li>
<li>Documenting system design, concepts and facilities, presents and obtaining of approval of detailed system design</li>
<li>Participating in development of user manual covering manual processes and operational procedures, user acceptance
testing checklist and obtains user acceptance thereof</li>
<li>Identifying and documenting system specific standards relating to programming, documentation and testing
including test plans and test scripts, covering program libraries, data dictionaries, naming conventions, etc.</li>
<li>Commitment to Quality Assurance best practices</li>
<li>Providing mentoring and knowledge transfer to resources, as required</li>
<li>Demonstrated effective communications with clients, team member and management</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<h4>Qualifications:</h4>
<li>Experience analyzing, designing, developing and testing computer systems using structured methodologies</li>
<li>Experience developing applications in Internet/Intranet based environments</li>
<li>Experience using development tools and case tools</li>
<li>Experience as a programmer / analyst using one or more programming languages</li>
<li>Experience / knowledge in Project Management in particular Project Life Cycle (PLC)</li>
<li>Experience as a systems analyst / developer on projects in some of the following environments:<br>
- Windows-based client<br>
- Windows CE / 200 / XP / 2003<br>
- Sun Solaris<br>
- Novell Netware 3.x network servers<br>
- Palm OS<br></li>
<li>Experience using some of the following software products:<br>
