						         <h2>Process Design and Documentation Specialist</h2>
<ul>
<h4>Functional Description</h4>
<li>Provide consulting to process owners and managers on all aspects of process management, including design,
documentation, tools, metrics and methodologies</li>
<li>Provide consulting, support and expertise to process improvement teams, project teams and process reengineering
teams</li>
<li>Facilitate and document results from process design/implementation workshops</li>
<li>Facilitate as required process improvement teams and process reengineering teams</li>
<li>Provide principles and standards for process documentation, process design, process measurement, monitoring and
reporting</li>
<li>Benchmark best practices for selected processes</li>
<li>Make recommendations for a process documentation repository and provide change management</li>
<li>Champion for process management and continuous improvement within the organisation according to performance
expectations</li>
<li>Manage cross-functional relationships for project assignments and provide specialist support to the organisation</li>
<li>Monitor implementation of process work packages or projects to ensure success</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<h4>Qualifications:</h4>
<li>Ten (10) or more years of industry experience in IT process management, including IT service delivery and
performance management</li>
<li>Three (3) to five (5) more years experience conducting assessments, designing process and implementing service
management solutions</li>
<li>Strong understanding and use of process development frameworks (ITIL and COBIT)</li>
<li>ITIL certification including Masters and/or one or more Practitioner level qualifications in required process area</li>
<li>Strong documentation skills and knowledge of document retrieval tools and techniques
<li>Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization with strong interpersonal, negotiation,
mediation, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Strong analysis and technical skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to:<br>
- Work collaboratively with other IT Planning and ITS staff<br>
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and effective team working<br>
- Present complex data clearly and provide appropriate advice and options to management<br>
- Produce documentation of excellent clarity, completeness, and overall quality, within established deadlines<br>
- Synthesize data from multiple sources (including technical documents, policies, specifications, etc.) into clear,
concise, user-friendly process documentation<br>
- Facilitate groups and lead sessions related to technology and process improvement<br>
- Conduct training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring<br>
